Inkarnation

Goal

Out-draft them on the field. Out-bet them in the stands.

Every seated player is a manager. There are no spectator-only seats. Draft a five-creature roster, then watch every paint-war matchup from the stands — including your own.

The table

2–8 managers. Bots can fill empty seats. After one shared snake draft, two teams are paired. Everyone else sits in the stands and can still bet. An odd player sits out that match but still wagers.

Positions

Each roster locks five roles: Runner, Anchor, Defender, Caster, and Centurion. The Anchor sets the winner’s-tax trade floor.

Betting

When a matchup locks, an Over/Under line is posted on pigment score. Every manager at the table can stake Ink — including the two whose teams are on the field.

Action cards

Only the two match managers hold secret hands. Cards change dice and coverage just before resolution. Everyone else sees the broadcast.

Winner’s tax

Winning costs a creature. That creature goes to a live auction in clean 50k Ink increments. The seller pockets the winning bid and rebuilds.
